Samsung Washer Cases Paused As Panel Mulls Entry To MDL

Law360 (June 18, 2018, 5:35 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge has placed on hold two class actions over Samsung Electronics America Inc.’s allegedly defective washing machines while a judicial panel determines if they should be folded into multidistrict litigation over the same issue.
