Facebook Censoring Russian Site By Deleting Page, Suit Says

By Bonnie Eslinger (November 20, 2018, 11:16 PM EST) -- A Russia-based website sued Facebook in California federal court on Tuesday, claiming it is a legitimate news agency wrongly caught in the social media giant's fake news net.

The suit filed by the Federal Agency of News LLC says that by banning its account, Facebook is engaging in "content based restrictions of free speech."
