    Pump manufacturer Imo Industries Inc. asked a Delaware federal judge Thursday to boot it from a former U.S. Navy shipyard worker's suit against dozens of government contractors, saying there is no evidence it's responsible for the plaintiff's alleged asbestos exposure and resulting mesothelioma.
