NY Telco Gets Ex-Worker's Hostile Environment Claim Tossed

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 6:53 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday threw out a former Frontier Telephone of Rochester Inc. employee’s lawsuit alleging the company subjected him to a racially hostile work environment.

U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci Jr. granted Frontier’s motion for summary judgment on Douglas Hill’s claims that the company violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, dismissing the dispute with prejudice.
