Man Wins $33M Verdict For Injuries In Texas Factory Fire

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 9:24 PM EDT) -- A Texas jury has awarded $33 million to a man burned in an explosion at a wood processing plant in his suit against the makers of the facility’s dust collection and spark detection and suppression systems.
