High Court To Hear If Damages For Rail Staff Can Be Taxed

Law360 (May 14, 2018, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear a petition from BNSF Railway Co. over whether payroll taxes should be deducted from compensation owed to a former employee for lost wages in connection with a workplace injury.
