Calif. Appeals Panel Revives UC Prof's Whistleblower Case

Law360 (May 15, 2018, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court has revived a whistleblower case filed by a former radiology professor at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, finding there should be a trial to determine if the university fired him because he complained of patient safety risks at the medical school’s brain imaging center.
