Law360 (May 16, 2018, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Last week's Ninth Circuit ruling reviving the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's antitrust challenge to a first-of-its-kind Seattle law letting app-based drivers form quasi-unions was a blow to Uber and Lyft drivers in the Emerald City, but it may prove to be a win for independent contractors in the long run, attorneys say.
