​​​​​​​SuperValu Loses Sanctions Bid In Suit Over Drug Pricing

Law360 (July 12, 2018, 10:46 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge rejected SuperValu Inc.’s bid for sanctions against whistleblowers it accused of destroying key evidence to their claims it overcharged the government for medicine, saying Thursday the issue seems more like a case of miscommunication than bad-faith conduct.
