E-Verify, Work Slowdown: 3 NLRB Rulings You Should See

Law360 (September 11, 2018, 9:03 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board issued a spate of decisions as the sun set on Mark Gaston Pearce’s second term last month, holding that a food processing company should’ve bargained over its participation in E-Verify and that a customer service representative was illegally disciplined for starting a “stand-and-stretch” work slowdown.
