Banana Republic Stiffs Workers On OT, Breaks, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 1:25 PM EDT) -- A Banana Republic LLC employee on Thursday hit the high-end clothing retailer with a flurry of class action wage-and-hour claims, including allegations that the company fails to pay overtime and fails to provide meal and rest breaks.

Erick J. Guzman says his employer violates numerous provisions of the state's employment laws in its California stores by requiring them to work long hours without appropriate compensation.
