Judas Priest, Ex-Manager Settle $10M Contract Breach Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2013, 4:16 PM EDT) -- A former Judas Priest manager is no longer screaming for vengeance after reaching a settlement with the heavy metal band and its lead singer, Rob Halford, in a $10 million breach of contract suit dismissed on Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel granted the parties’ joint motion for dismissal after they said they’d reached a settlement. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
