Supreme Court Won't Review Ex-CVS Pharmacist's ADA Suit

Law360, New York (October 6, 2014, 2:59 PM EDT) -- The nation's highest court on Monday declined to hear an appeal by a former pharmacist for CVS Pharmacy Inc., who claimed the Eleventh Circuit improperly found he wasn't eligible for protection under the Americans with Disabilities Act in his putative class action accusing CVS of firing him because of health problems.
