NLRB Judge Finds Quicken Loans 'Big Book' Broke Labor Law

Law360, New York (April 8, 2016, 11:48 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Thursday that Quicken Loans Inc., Fathead LLC and four other related companies kept scores of rules in an employee manual called "The Big Book" that workers could reasonably interpret as interfering with their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
