Med Building Developer Sues Ex-Prez Over Bonus Claims

Law360, Wilmington (October 4, 2017, 6:32 PM EDT) -- Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC, the nation’s largest private developer of outpatient health care buildings, sued its former president in Delaware Chancery Court late Tuesday for allegedly claiming $1.3 million in improper bonuses and accepting deal terms that cost Landmark millions more.

The company’s single breach-of-fiduciary-duty claim targets Anthony Lampasona, the company’s president from Jan. 1, 2012, to June 9, 2017, and seeks both compensatory damages and prejudgment interest.
