Biz Groups Say NLRB Email Ruling Invites Suits Against Cos.

Law360, New York (October 11, 2017, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board’s decision allowing workers access to company email systems for union business invites trouble for employers when paired with board rulings permitting offensive worker speech, business groups argued Tuesday in support of a Ninth Circuit challenge to the email rule.
