Texas Justices Ax 'Latent Injury' Suit Against Schlumberger

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 5:14 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of Texas on Friday shot down claims against Schlumberger Technology Corp. by a man who says he developed skin cancer from exposure to chemicals at a well site, ruling the trial court correctly found the claims had been filed too late and that an appellate court was wrong to try to revive them.
