NJ Justices Won't Review BASF, Shell Win Over Polluted Site

Law360 (May 21, 2018, 8:04 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Monday declined to review an appellate decision upholding a settlement that forced the former owner of a landfill site to turn over the facility to BASF Corp., Shell Oil Co. and others in exchange for their handling of cleanup costs.
