Driller Asks Texas High Court To Bar Legal Fee Arbitration

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 9:59 PM EDT) -- Vantage Drilling International petitioned the Texas Supreme Court on Wednesday, aiming to overturn a lower court decision in an attorneys’ fees dispute and arguing the company’s former law firm waived its right to arbitrate by litigating the fee matter for nearly a year.
