Lead Co. Urges 8th Circ. To Trigger Enviro Suit Coverage

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 5:39 PM EST) -- Lead producer Doe Run Resources Corp. told the Eighth Circuit on Friday that it should overturn a lower court's ruling that Lexington Insurance Co. doesn't have to defend the company in an environmental class action, arguing the insurer's policy exclusions don't apply.
