Fracking By EOG, Shell Caused Damaging Tremors, Suit Says

Law360, Houston (August 2, 2013, 5:21 PM EDT) -- EOG Resources Inc. and units of Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Sunoco Inc. and Enterprise Products Partners LP were hit with a proposed class action Tuesday in Texas state court by landowners who say hydraulic fracturing carried out by the energy companies damaged their homes.
