New Trial Ordered Over San Antonio Stormwater Project

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 7:44 PM EST) -- A Texas appellate court on Wednesday reversed a trial court’s judgment awarding $690,000 in remainder damages to Kopplow Development Inc. over potential damage from a drainage system installed by the city of San Antonio and remanded it to the lower court for a new trial.
