Doctors, Int'l Science Org Back OSHA In Silica Rule Fight

Law360, New York (February 14, 2017, 3:13 PM EST) -- An international scientific organization and an organization of occupation and environmental medical physicians have come out in support of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s new rules on worker exposure to silica dust in several industries, telling the D.C. Circuit the regulations would reduce health impairments.
