DC Circ. Denies Tribe's Bid To Stem Dakota Pipeline Oil

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 1:54 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Saturday rejected a bid by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe to prevent Dakota Access from putting oil into its pipeline at a disputed North Dakota site, which could allow the company to start the flow of oil as soon as Monday.
