9th Circ. Won't Revive Suit Over Kootenai Forest Project

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 5:35 PM EDT) -- Environmentalists can't block nearly five miles of new roads running through Montana's Kootenai National Forest being built in connection with a federal timber project after the Ninth Circuit concluded Wednesday that the roads comply with the region's national forest plan.
