NJ Town To Appeal Dune Construction Green Light

Law360, New York (August 11, 2017, 3:17 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey city on Friday said it would appeal a federal judge’s decision to greenlight and lift temporary restraints on construction of a dune system designed to mitigate severe weather on the state's shores in a suit against the state’s environmental regulators and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over the project.
