Calif. AG Sues EPA For Docs Over Possible Pruitt Conflicts

Law360, Los Angeles (August 11, 2017, 10:13 PM EDT) -- California’s attorney general sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Friday over allegedly failing to respond to a request for documents explaining Scott Pruitt’s potential conflicts of interest, saying the administrator may be making decisions on rules he’s litigated against in the past.
