PAPERLESS ORDER requiring joint statement of undisputed facts and striking 135 Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs' Statement of Facts in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. As required by the Court's Scheduling Order 30 , motions for summary judgment must be accompanied by a separate and contemporaneous statement of material facts in addition to a joint statement of undisputed facts. Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Summary Judgment 133 and a Statement of Material Facts 135 , but the parties have not filed a joint statement of undisputed facts. Accordingly, the parties shall meaningfully confer and file a joint statement of undisputed facts on or before August 20, 2026. Additionally, some statements of fact in Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs' Statement of Material Facts 135 do not provide a particularized pinpoint citation pursuant to Local Rule 56.1(b). For example, in one instance, Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs' cite the "Weiss Dep., at Ex. 21, at Item 6" while other citations to that same exhibit have particularized pinpoint citations such as "Weiss Dep., 48:19-49:12" 135 . Accordingly, on or before August 20, 2026, Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs shall refile a Statement of Material Facts that is fully compliant with the Local Rules and the Court's Scheduling Order 130 . Plaintiffs/Counter-Defendants' deadline to respond to Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment 133 is hereby extended to September 3, 2026. Signed by Judge Aileen M.
