   Before this Court is Plaintiff's motion seeking to redact certain information and seal specific exhibits accompanying the State Defendants' motion to compel at ECF No. 282. ECF No. 306. The sealed/redacted motion to compel is at ECF No. 283. The information sought to be sealed/redacted consists of sensitive confidential and proprietary information, the disclosure of which could jeopardize Kalshi's business interests. As a result, Plaintiff has shown good cause for its request. Kamakana v. City of Honololu, 447 F3d 1172 (9th Cir. 2006). The Clerk of Court is instructed to maintain ECF No. 283 under seal. Plaintiffs motion at ECF No. 306 is GRANTED.
