Real Estate Rumors: CL Investment, Georgetown Co., Pinnacle

By Matthew Perlman (November 2, 2016, 6:45 PM EDT) -- CL Investment Group, a real estate developer based in China, has scrapped its plans for a $300.2 million luxury condo conversion in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, The Real Deal reported Wednesday. The company had planned to convert 287 Park Avenue South into 40 residential apartments, but will instead keep the building commercial. Renovation and repositioning plans will be announced soon, the report said....
