NJ Dunkin’ Brands Franchisees Sued Over Bakery Boycott

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 3:52 PM EST) -- Operators of a proposed Dunkin’ Donuts baking facility in Trenton, New Jersey, launched an antitrust lawsuit Wednesday in federal court against a group of Dunkin’ Brands franchisees and local businesses, accusing them of unlawfully boycotting the creation of the bakery in order to maintain their market share in South Jersey.

Central Jersey CML LLC filed its antitrust suit against dozens of local businesses as well as 10 Dunkin’ Brands franchisees who are members of South Jersey CML LLC, a baking facility based in Bellmawr, New Jersey....
