Military Supplier Claims Spurned Employee Killed Deals

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- TIFCO Industries Inc. on Friday launched a suit in Texas state court against a former employee, alleging he sabotaged its relationship with the U.S. military by falsely claiming the national distributor of industrial tools and supplies was under federal investigation.
