Ex-Mayor Can't Shake All Fraud Convictions In 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 6:50 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a district court's decision vacating guilty verdicts on several fraud counts against the ex-mayor of Lynwood, Calif., and two others, but refused to toss additional convictions in a city contracts scheme.
