GAO Denies Booz Allen, Leidos Protests Over $193M DIA Deal
Law360, Washington (March 24, 2015, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. and Leidos Inc. failed to show the Defense Intelligence Agency had acted unreasonably when it awarded a $193.1 million intelligence analysis contract to rival L-3 National Security Solutions Inc., the Government Accountability Office ruled in a decision made public Tuesday.
Neither BAH nor Leidos had shown that the DIA had unfairly evaluated their bids or misapplied its selection criteria when it awarded a task order for intelligence analysis and support services to L-3, according to the GAO. The opinion was originally issued on March 16, before being redacted for public release.
