Boeing Hit With Sanctions Bid In $1.2B Contract Dispute

There is "concrete, witness-verified" evidence that Boeing Support Systems Division CFO Steve Blake in 2006 deliberately directed other staff to delete certain emails related to Pemco — the forerunner company to AAI — even after written directions were issued by Boeing to collect and send such information to its law department for preservation, AAI claimed....
