Drugmakers Duped Medicaid Rebate Regulators, 3rd Circ. Told

Law360, Philadelphia (April 12, 2018, 4:25 PM EDT) -- A pharmaceutical executive urged the Third Circuit on Wednesday to revive his suit alleging Allergan Inc. and other companies shorted the federal government on drug rebate payments, arguing that the drugmakers understated the product prices on which the amount they owed was based.
