DaVita Can't Escape FCA Suit Over Kidney Med Charges

Law360, New York (March 2, 2012, 8:20 PM EST) -- A Georgia federal judge on Friday kept alive most of a False Claims Act suit brought by two former DaVita Inc. employees accusing the kidney care provider of fraudulently billing Medicare and other programs for the intentional waste of dialysis medications.
