CookieCon Accuses Event Cos. Of Biting Into Its Trademark

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 4:02 PM EST) -- The founders behind popular cookie baking and decorating convention CookieCon leveled a lawsuit Wednesday in Utah federal court against the organizers of LA Cookie Con & Sweets Show!, claiming the competing California-based operation infringes their trademark.
