Sessions.[1] However, in its own way, Pereira will also have a big impact on immigrant families. In an 8-1 decision, the court in Pereira rejected the government's attempt to limit access to a key form of relief for immigrants who are longtime residents of the United States and whose removal would cause hardship to their family members.
