Rights Group Wants ICE Arrests At Mass. Courthouses Barred

Law360, New York (June 16, 2017, 6:09 PM EDT) -- The Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice on Friday asked Massachusetts’ high court and its trial executive to stop federal immigration agents from making arrests at state courthouses and to fire any court personnel who engage in the practice.
