Wash. Court Backs Insurance Atty DQ In Wrongful Death Suit

Law360 (March 7, 2018, 7:27 PM EST) -- A Washington appeals court has ruled that insurer-appointed lawyers defending the estate of a boy killed in a car crash may not then withdraw from that position only to later oppose the estate representative on behalf of the boy’s parents.
