Divided Texas High Court Orders New Trial In Coverage Row

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 7:31 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday delivered a fractured set of opinions in a revision to an important insurance case initially decided in 2017, but ultimately ordered a new trial of a policyholder's claim that USAA Texas Lloyd's Co. improperly investigated her Hurricane Ike damage claim.
