Nurses, Workers Back States In ACA Birth Control Rule Fight
Law360 (June 7, 2019, 8:51 PM EDT) -- A broad swath of professional, medical and legal organizations filed briefs Friday urging a Philadelphia federal judge to reject the Trump administration's rules offering wide exceptions to the Affordable Care Act's birth control coverage mandate.
