Lloyd's Sues To Nix $17M Michael Jackson Policy

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 9:43 PM EDT) -- Underwriters at Lloyd's of London sued Michael Jackson's estate and concert producer AEG Live LLC on Monday in California state court for allegedly failing to disclose Jackson's drug addiction when applying for a $17.5 million policy covering London concerts canceled after the pop icon's death.

Lloyd's claims AEG and The Michael Jackson Company LLC have failed to provide information requested about Jackson and his cardiologist Dr. Conrad Murray.
