Huron, Empire Can't Duck $50M St. Vincent FCA Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 9:57 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss a suit alleging Huron Consulting Group Inc. and Empire HealthChoice Assurance Inc. overbilled Medicare and Medicaid by $50 million while running St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers into the ground.
