Wagner & Jones, Others Disqualified In Fidelity Wage Case

Law360, Los Angeles (March 27, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Monday disqualified Wagner & Jones LLP and three other plaintiffs' law firms from representing dozens of individual plaintiffs in a wage-and-hour suit against Fidelity National Management Services LLC after they used a confidential employee list to contact them following an unsuccessful class certification bid.
