'Faulty' Jail Construction Warrants No Coverage, 3rd Circ. Says

Shoemaker Co.'s insurers from an obligation to cover claims that the construction firm performed shoddy work when it built a New Jersey jail, affirming a lower court's ruling granting summary judgment to the insurers.
