EU Threatened With Arbitration Over Pipeline Regulations

Law360 (April 24, 2019, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A Swiss energy infrastructure company with ties to the Russian government has threatened the European Union with an investor-state claim over regulations that may apply to its planned natural gas pipeline from Russia to Germany, a project in which it has invested billions of euros.
