CIArb Launches Updated International Arbitration Rules

Law360, New York (September 9, 2015, 4:30 PM EDT) -- The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, also known as CIArb, said Tuesday that it has rolled out the first update to its arbitration rules in 15 years, introducing a series of revisions based on internationally recognized and widely used guidelines backed by the United Nations.
