Trinidad And Tobago Defends $2M Aluminum Project Ruling

Law360, New York (September 9, 2015, 9:02 PM EDT) -- Sural Barbados Ltd.'s bid to partly nix an over $2 million arbitral award concerning a canceled aluminum project is a "frivolous" attempt to relitigate issues simply because the manufacturer lost the dispute, Trinidad and Tobago told a Florida federal court Tuesday.
